Shipping Policy

At Sugar Rush, we’re committed to delivering your sweet treats quickly, safely, and with care. Please read below for details on our shipping process.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Swedish federal holidays). If you place your order on a weekend or holiday, the above estimates start from the first business day after your order is placed. 

  • During high-volume periods or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly delayed. We’ll notify you if there are any major delays.

  • Please note that we may close our online shop during holiday season! We will notify our costumers with at least one week's notice via our website and social media channels. During this time, orders will not be processed. If you place orders during this time, we will notify you with details of when the order can be processed.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are based on the value of your order and delivery location. We use courier services like UPS, FedEx, DHL and others.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the European Union. 

  • Please note: our packages are not insulated or packed with cooling materials. If you’re in a hot climate area, we recommend checking the weather before ordering and retrieving your package as soon as it’s delivered to avoid melting.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • As we state at checkout, a full and accurate name must be provided, as some couriers, particularly international couriers, have this as a requirement - so please do not enter a fake name. Should the parcel be returned to us due to an address/name error, you not being in to receive the parcel (or failing to collect from your local post office), or for any other reason we will contact you and let you know that we will repost it to you, but we must add the relevant shipping fee onto the total cost.
  • Sugar Rush is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other external factors. If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us so we can assist if necessary.

  • Please also note that if our courier cannot deliver to your provided address due to you not being present to accept delivery, delivery to a nearby collection point is classed by both us and all couriers as a 'successful delivery', and we therefore accept no responsibility, and will issue no refunds, should you fail to collect it in the designated time period.

  • We will not under any circumstances refund an order (including the shipping fees) which has failed to be delivered due to any of the aforementioned reasons. We will also not refund, under any circumstances, parcels that are lost - we will resend the parcel, regardless of if a claim can be made with the courier or not.

  • We accept no liability for any missing orders if the tracking information for the parcel is showing the order as delivered to the provided address.

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • We do not ship to PO/APO/FPO Boxes or any other box-type addresses! Please provide a residential address for delivery.

7. Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before submitting your order. Sugar Rush Candy Couture is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

  • If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipment fee will be required.
